Senior Software Engineer (Ax Developer)

50% CRM/ ERP System Development
● Develop reusable components and enterprise- grade libraries
● Develop high- performance APIs used by internal tools and mobile/web apps
● Design, develop, and maintain CRM/ ERP modules
● Implement complex business workflows, rules, and automation logic
● Ensure consistency, data integrity, and security across critical business modules
25% Integration & Enterprise Data Flows
● Build ETL pipelines and event- driven architecture (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ)
● Integrate CRM/ ERP with third- party platforms: payment gateways, marketing automation tools, mobile apps, access control systems, BI/analytics systems.
● Work closely with Data/BI teams to support reporting and dashboards
15% Architecture, Performance & Reliability
● Participate in system design for modular ERP architectures
● Ensure system uptime, error monitoring, and incident resolution
● Implement scalable role- based access control (RBAC) & security policies.
● Optimize system performance, caching, and database queries
10% Leadership & Cross- Functional Collaboration
● Convert business processes into well- defined technical solutions
● Mentor junior developers and review code for best practices
● Participate in roadmap planning and technical strategy
● Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and QA

● Strong experience with RBAC, permission systems, multi- tenancy.
● Strong proficiency in backend programming: .NET Core, Node.js (NestJS/ Express), or Python (Django/ FastAPI).
● Experience building CRM or ERP modules (at least one).
● Deep understanding of complex business workflows and approval processes.
● SQL skills:
· Experience with transactions, triggers, stored procedures.
● Good command of English and Vietnamese.
● Queue systems: Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS.
· Excellent SQL skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
● API design (REST/GraphQL), integration patterns.
· Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
· Experience with cache systems: Redis, Memcached
· Data modeling for large relational systems.
