Senior Social Auditor - APSCA

Cooperate fully with any investigation in relation to Quality issues or Integrity where required. Identify quality, integrity and efficiency improvement areas.
Organize, direct and supervise team members through the pre- audit, on- site activity and reporting after audit
Conduct audits against Scheme or client requirements for which they have been qualified and approve either along or as part of a team.
Contribute to Technical documents. Work with RBS Scheme Leader, RBS Operation Manager and RBS manager to prepare topics for Auditor technical meetings. Technical review of reports from other auditors.
Mentor auditors and provide “on- the- job” training"
Assist in development and revision of audit policies and procedures."
Ensure effective delivery of audits in line with RBS Global Procedures and any Scheme requirements or client SOPsEnsure full compliance with the Company’s Code of Integrity & Professional Conduct and Impartiality Policy and encourage others do so.
Resolve and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for analysis. Coordinate with RBS Operation Manager or Program Managers the implementation of the programs and share with the RBS Manager and RBS Technical team.
Active development of relationships through existing networks and contacts. Remain up- to- date with current thinking and client expectations in this field.
Generate timely and accurate audit reports and other communication
Lead and organize audit team before, during and after the audit for the related job.
Witness other auditors for effectiveness of auditing to ensure that competence is maintained
Provide training services for either public or in- house training
Present a professional image in all dealings with clients and auditees
Provide technical input to back- office and sales teams as required
Other tasks with related to audits / trainings / sale supports as requested by the RBS Manager or Division Managers.

QMS Auditor/ Lead Auditor Training Course (5 days)
Minimum two years industry relevant experience
University/ college education or equivalent
SA 8000/ IRCA Social System Lead Auditor Course or equivalent (5 days minimum)
Understand Local Regulation and Client expectation required.
Security Auditor Training Course (1 day) or equivalent.
Complete 5 obsevation of full audit + 3 Full audits under supervision + 2 Full audits under evaluation of qualified Lead for qualifying.
