Senior Scrum Master

What will you do?
Scrum Master will manage full lifecycle of multiple projects with Scrum methodology, in charge of operating 1- 3 teams (with 1- 2 supporting SM) with details below:
Planning & Coordination

Manage planning activities independently, including coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and utilizing various timeline tools.
Demonstrate the ability to identify and address ineffective assignments autonomously, remaining uninfluenced by other team leads.
Develop and implement comprehensive plans for large, intricate features or projects that extend across multiple sprints or involve dependencies across three or more teams.
Implement resource allocation tools like PI Planning and effectively prioritize feature planning.

Risk Management & Dependencies Management

Identify and coordinate the resolution of cross- departmental risks, including technical design, business risks, and the deployment of risk funnel methods into modules and issues.
Collaborate with relevant parties to provide effective solutions for cross- team dependencies independently.
Independently propose design plans to address cross- team issues.

Team Management & Culture Growth

Provide resources and establish a culture for team members to stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in quality assurance.
Define and foster a positive culture aligned with business outcomes.
Effectively address complex problems, including support tasks overload, technical debts, bugs, team headcounts, and quality issues.
Coach the team on maintaining a quality assurance mindset and workflow while autonomously coordinating cross- team collaboration.
Independently identify and promote strong team members.
Implement organizational changes to enhance team efficiency, including adjustments to multiple team org charts and workflows.
Cultivate a culture of continuous learning by providing resources and promoting the latest technologies and trends for team members.

Requirements

Ability to provide constructive and timely feedback to delivery team members and stakeholders.
Setting the pace/cadence for delivery and motivating teams to succeed.
In- depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies, including proficiency in daily scrums, sprint planning, showcases, and retrospectives.
Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Understanding of product discovery and development processes to achieve business goals.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software projects (in positions such as Scrum Master, QA Lead, or Project Manager).
Proficient use of allocation tools, MS Office and/or Google Docs, Excel/Spreadsheet, MS Project, and other Task Management Tools.

Technical Understanding

Conduct problem- solving workshops with a technical focus.
Preferably have a technical background and required knowledge about software development.

Salary

1–4 month salary as an annual performance bonus
