Senior SAP Consultant

Ensure seamless integration across modules and with other enterprise systems.
Provide Level 2/3 support and resolve complex incidents in a timely manner.
Support SIT, UAT, and production releases while minimizing operational disruptions.
Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and S/4HANA- related improvement initiatives.
Act as the functional lead for assigned SAP modules, ensuring stable daily operations and system performance.
Develop and maintain functional documentation, governance standards, and internal best practices.
This role ensures system reliability, process efficiency, and continuous alignment with evolving business needs. As an in- house subject matter expert, the consultant partners closely with business stakeholders to drive process standardization, digital transformation, and long- term system roadmap initiatives.
Perform advanced configuration and manage change requests within the internal SAP landscape.
The Senior SAP Consultant is responsible for managing, enhancing, and optimizing the company’s internal SAP S/4HANA / SAP ERP landscape across one or multiple functional modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, EWM, QM, PM, etc.).
Contribute to IT strategy planning, SAP roadmap definition, and continuous process optimization aligned with corporate objectives.
Mentor junior team members and key users to strengthen internal SAP capabilities.
Collaborate with business users to gather enhancement requests and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

Ability to quickly assess situations, interpret requirements, and resolve issues effectively and amicably.
A true team player with strong collaboration skills across departments and international teams.
Ability to multi- task and prioritize effectively in a fast- paced environment.
Minimum 5 years of experience as SAP Consultant.
Experience or knowledge in iPPE is preferred; IBP knowledge is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics or equivalent.
Strong technical- oriented thinking with architecture conceptual skills.
Open- minded, flexible, and customer- oriented mindset.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills with high attention to detail.
Willingness to travel locally or internationally when required.
High motivation with strong commitment to quality and high- performance standards.
Proven experience delivering SAP implementations as a key team member.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
