Senior Sample Technician/ Chuyên viên Kỹ thuật Phòng Mẫu

This position is responsible for driving innovations & automation practices in Product development and Technical, reviewing the manufacturing feasibility and method confirmation for sampling and bulk production.
This position is responsible for driving innovations & automation practices in Product development and Technical, reviewing the manufacturing feasibility and method confirmation for sampling and bulk production.Actively drive the pre- production functions by giving innovative technical solutions to mitigate bulk production issues.Work with Technical Manager & factory/ Value addition teams upon Risk Analysis on accepting viable orders for mass production & provide simplifications to products to minimize the cost.Arrange the handover meeting with Development Merchandiser/ Sample & Technical team/ Industrial Engineering team. Study tech pack construction details and prepare the Operation Breakdown with Industrial Engineering Team.Conduct Risk Analysis meetings with factory and follow- up the actions taken with relevant areas, confirm methods/ processes and manufacturing feasibility before starting bulk production.Conducting pre- sample meeting and work with the Sample Technical Team on garment constructions and ensure all members are well trained on the Quality Assurance/ Technical standards.Review operation breakdown with Industrial Engineering Team and adjust the initial operation breakdown match with the actual sample construction. Suggest the innovative method, then arrange sewing mockup with feasible production option for sending to the customer.Study customer final comments & finalize clarifications after receiving the final Tech Pack. Prepare the package and signoff approved sample and handover to relevant factories.Evaluate all samples before dispatching to customers (Measurement & buyer comment, Fit- On, risk analysis (RA) comment, design sketch and Bill of Material (BOM) approved washing details, Embellishment Strike- Off).Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Associate Degree in Garment Technology, or related field.Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar capacity.Knowledge of Garment manufacturing process, Sewing technique, MachineryCommunication skills, MS Office skillsManagement skills, Problem- solving skills, Time management skills.
