Senior Sales Manager/ Sales Manager based in Cam Ranh

As Senior Sales Manager/ Sales Manager based in Cam Ranh, we rely on you to:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to the resort.
- Quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the resort operations team, develop professional long term business relationships.

We are looking for someone who:
- Thrives under pressure while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent English communication skills, proficient in English language
- Demonstrates exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship- building abilities.
- Has a minimum of 3–5+ years of experience in sales management within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Has a bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field

- Support for gasoline/shuttle
- Social insurance regime: 100%
- Office Position: 02 days off/week (9 working hours/day)
- Other welfare policies according to the Company&039;s regulations
- Operation Position: 1.5 days off/week.
