(Senior) Sales Executive/Sales Manager (Machinery sales_ METAL industry)

To ensure comprehensive market coverage and growth of our business the (Senior) Sales supports Rieckermann Vietnam to present, promote and sell machinery and consumables as well as services for Metal Processing focusing on the main areas of Industrial and Tool Coating as well as Graphite EDM technology. (Senior) Sales Executive/Sales Manager will actively support the Company’s growth and success strategy.
Key Duties
Sales & Target
▪ Conduct technical presentations and demos, proof of concepts and any other related demonstrations as relevant to sales
▪ Cooperate and coordinate with team members and other departments e.g. Technical Services, Engineering Operations and sales colleagues from other departments, to offer solutions that fulfill the customer’s needs.
▪ Verify technical drawings, layouts and cycle time analysis to match the customer needs
▪ Present, promote and sell industrial equipment and solutions for METAL PROCESSING Industry to existing and prospective customers.
▪ Achieve sales targets on a yearly and quarterly basis
▪ Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions in line with company’s standards, rules and regulations or as directed
▪ Generate sales calls and visit existing and potential customers
▪ Perform analyses of existing and potential customers’ needs and offer solutions that address their needs
▪ Provide and implement solutions to overcome obstacles during project development process
▪ Monitor and report the project development with regular update of CRM system (Sales Force)
▪ Generate economic analysis and concepts to offer competitive concepts
Market Strategie & Business Development
Plan and execute marketing strategies to reach targeted customer segments. Finalize the portfolio to suit customer’s needs and offers market potential.
▪ Supply management with information on customer needs, problems, interests and competitor activities and pricing
▪ Provide transparent and honest feedback on market opportunities and challenges, openly sharing professional judgments, observations, and areas where approaches or strategies need readjustment
▪ Analyze and report the territory/market’s potential and identify potential target customers
▪ Support continuous improvement by proactively providing new ideas
Customer Relationship
▪ Provide excellent service to customers by giving undivided attention and focusing on meeting their needs
▪ Find solutions to customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
▪ Anticipate questions, concerns and future issues and provide solutions which consistently will result in repeated business, word of mouth referrals and increased sales
▪ Develop, establish and maintain long term, positive relationships with customers
