We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Consultant to drive business growth and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners in Vietnam. You will be at the forefront of our efforts to expand our client base and maximize revenue, while providing top- tier advisory services to individuals looking for a hassle- free migration journey and value- added services beyond standard immigration consulting
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation
Cultivate new referral partnerships, aiming to establish at least one new partner relationship each month.
Identify, engage, and qualify potential HNWI/UHNWI clients through current network and various channels.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve quarterly sales targets by closing at least one deal per quarter.
Conduct sales presentations and client meetings to convey the value of Homeland Shires’ bespoke services.
Prepare customized proposals and solutions aligned with each client’s specific needs.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and referral business.
Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the immigration process and coordinating additional services.
Strategic Collaboration
Work closely with Managing Directors to align sales strategies and meet overall company objectives.
Market & Industry Awareness
Provide insights to management to enhance existing services and identify new revenue streams.
Stay current on relevant immigration regulations, market trends, and competitive offerings.
Independence & Initiative
Operate remotely from Ho Chi Minh City/Ha Noi, Vietnam, managing day- to- day tasks with minimal supervision.
Take initiative to attend and organize networking events, workshops, and seminars to maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements:
Excellent prospecting and relationship- building skills
Experience: At least 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably dealing with HNW clients, candidates from finance, investment, and private banking sectors is preferred.
Problem- solving mindset with a client- centric approach
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Highly self- motivated and able to work independently
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
Language Skills: Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
