Senior React Developer

Project Overview:
Join a cutting- edge AI product company focused on empowering end users to build and enhance front- end features efficiently. You will play a key role in supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth delivery of high- quality front- end solutions.
Scope of Work:

Assist users in debugging and resolving front- end software issues.
Collaborate directly with the client’s end users to develop new front- end features using React.
Provide expert technical guidance and ensure best practices in front- end development.
Communicate effectively with users via chat and voice calls to understand requirements and deliver timely support.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3- 5 years of experience in front- end development, with strong expertise in React.js and related technologies (Redux, Hooks, TypeScript preferred).
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience in debugging complex UI issues and working with RESTful APIs.
• Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with remote teams.
• Availability to work on the night shift (4 PM – 1 AM, Vietnam time) to align with client hours.

Nice to Have:

Previous experience in customer- facing or technical support roles.
Experience with AI or SaaS products.
Familiarity with modern DevOps tools (GitHub, CI/CD, etc.).
