RESPONSIBILITIES
Reflect the accurate picture of deliverable quality level and with the improvement plan with engineering team to improve the quality.
Create detailed, comprehensive and well- structured test plans and test cases and conduct complex testing, troubleshooting and analyzing tasks on various phase(s) of software development lifecycle.
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet business needs.
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Directly report to PM/Scrum Master in the account
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved and involve into causal analysis and resolution.
Coordinate quality aspects of a project throughout specific software development process methodology and project management software tools
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements and business users on User Acceptance Testing
Liaise with vendors and manage them on all testing activities to ensure quality of final deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS:
Skills and Qualifications required:
Minimum 4- year experience in Testing or equivalent
Good experience in planning, preparing, managing &controlling and closing test.
Good presentation, interpersonal, collaboration, communication skills and strong working group ability
Strong knowledge on software development/testing process, especially software analysis & design and implementation workflow in Agile- Scrum project
Quality Control Professional certificates (ISTQB, etc.) is preferred.
Good experience in English writing and verbal communication
Good quality control and management experience with solid architectural understanding.
Good knowledge in Integration and Information Interchange between multi systems/platforms and how to analyze, design, execute test cases to maximize Integration Test Coverage.
Good knowledge in risk- based testing, structure- based Testing which covers Condition testing/Decision Coverage Testing, Exploring Testing and Testing software quality characteristics to perform well test analysis and design as well as execution.
Good experience with User Acceptance Test and Production Support is desirable.
Experience in doing test on various platforms and technologies and have skills for timely detection and elimination of errors.
Proven track record in managing and overseeing the quality of work deliverables throughout project lifecycle.
Have background on Investment/Financial/Insurance is a plus.
Education and Experience required:
Bachelor&039;s degree is required; Masters&039; degree or higher is desire.
