Job Responsibilities: The responsibility is to take ownership of all quality control activities to ensure the delivery of high- quality products that meet company standards.
Objective: Development and maintenance of software related to MFP devices.
Job Description:
Identify and report defects, collaborating closely with cross- functional teams to align quality objectives.
Define testing process, design test scripts, and execute testing.
Conduct training to team members and act as a mentor and guide for QC engineers on the team.
Analyze quality metrics, drive continuous process improvements, and provide detailed reports on testing progress, defect trends, and overall product quality.
Experience in analyzing specification requirements, developing, performing test cases, creating testing reports.

Expertise in testing methodologies and solid understanding of quality metrics (e.g., test coverage, defect density) and how to apply them.
Having the motivation to work for a long period (10 years or more), as a core member of the company.
Work experience: Proven experience in quality control or testing, with at least 3 years in senior role (experience as a leader is a plus).
Clear and concise communicator, with the ability to present testing progress, defect reports, and quality metrics to stakeholders effectively.
Having knowledge or experience about embedded devices is a plus.
Language Proficiency: Japanese language proficiency at N2 level (or higher is preferred), and English Intermediate- spoken, listening, and written. Working experience with Japanese clients will be preferrable.
Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective/preventive measures.

Education/Academic Qualifications

Relevant technology certifications
Bachelor&039;s degree in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
