Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code
Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
Prepare and produce releases of software components
Write well designed, testable, efficient code

You wish to share your knowledge with other developers.
Know JavaScript and maybe some of its new trends and not afraid to write CSS or HTML, either.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Good at English communication
Interested in software development as a craft and wish to grow as a developer.
Experience in agile software development methods.
Prior experience in using open source technologies in software development.
Confident in working with one of framework: Flask/ Django/ Odoo and love writing Python language.
Experience from software development projects.
Familiar with LESS, SASS, jQuery and ES6.
