Project & Client Management
• Collaborate directly with clients to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage end- to- end photo editing projects, from client onboarding to final delivery.
• Track project progress, anticipate challenges, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Understand and interpret each client’s visual style and ensure internal teams deliver consistent, on- brand results.
Team Coordination & Operations
• Communicate project requirements clearly and ensure alignment across departments.
• Support team development through guidance, feedback, and mentoring.
• Work closely with internal editing, QA, and production teams to align project goals and execution.
• Manage daily operations, task allocation, and workflow efficiency.
Quality Assurance & Process Development
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production workflows.
• Continuously assess and optimize workflows, productivity, and delivery quality.
• Build and maintain a Quality Assurance (QA) system and KPI system to monitor and improve editing accuracy and visual consistency.
• Conduct quality checks and provide structured feedback to production teams.
Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to enhance productivity through process innovation or new tools.
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams to adopt automation and workflow management solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.
