WE ARE HIRING: Senior Project Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management:

Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and quality
Coordinate between development teams, clients, and stakeholders
Lead and deliver multiple software projects simultaneously

Business Analysis:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Create detailed functional specifications and process documentation
Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions

Product Owner:

Manage product backlog and prioritize features
Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Work closely with UX/UI and development teams

Team Management:

Foster collaborative and productive team environment
Lead and mentor project team members
Conduct performance reviews and team development

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience: 5+ years in project management for software development projects
Hard Skills:

Budget management and resource allocation
Strong Business Analysis skills: requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder analysis
Expert in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
Team leadership and people management experience (5+ team members)
Product Owner experience: backlog management, user story writing, acceptance criteria
Risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Soft Skills:

Effective communication with technical and non- technical teams
Leadership skills to motivate and guide cross- functional teams
Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities
Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship building
Negotiation and conflict resolution

Language:

Vietnamese: Native level (essential for local team management)
English: Fluent speaking and writing (for international clients/partners)
