Senior Project Manager

Project Management:

Coordinate across teams and management levels to resolve blockers and ensure alignment.
Monitor progress, manage changes, and drive timely issue resolution.
Lead and manage multiple software development projects across all phases.
Control project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Team Management:

Provide regular feedback and foster accountability.
Guide and mentor team members to support growth and performance.
Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and results- driven team culture.

Client Relationship Management

Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly and proactively.
Build and maintain strong, trust- based client relationships.
Align project outcomes with client expectations and business goals.
Address client concerns promptly and ensures high satisfaction.

Partner Relationship Management

Ensure alignment between partner contributions and project objectives.
Develop and maintain effective collaboration with partners.
Coordinate efforts to resolve issues and continuously improve product quality.
Define clear workflows to support project delivery and risk mitigation.

Technical Oversight:

Work with architects to define and validate technical requirements.
Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
Oversee code quality through regular reviews and technical checkpoints.

Process Improvement

Continuously refine project management practices for efficiency and scalability.
Implement quality assurance measures to drive consistent product excellence.

Must Have

Strong interpersonal and team management skills; advocate for a culture of growth
Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills
3+ years of hands- on experience managing software development projects
Proven ability to apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies in real projects
Excellent leadership, problem- solving, and decision- making skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Willing to travel internationally for client engagements
Strong understanding of SDLC and software project delivery practices
PMP certification (preferred); Agile- related certifications (e.g., PMI- ACP, CSM, SAFe) welcomed

Prefer

Strong technical foundation for working with engineering teams
Experience managing projects involving data, AI, or machine learning
Domain knowledge in digital transformation, information management, e- commerce, or finance
