Senior Production Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor daily production performance, yield rate, efficiency, and scrap rate; take corrective actions when needed.
Coordinate closely with QC, Maintenance, Engineering, and Warehouse to ensure smooth production flow.
Analyze root causes of production issues and implement continuous improvement actions.
Prepare production reports and present results to the Board of Directors.
Lead and manage overall production operations of the factory, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets are achieved.
Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and manpower arrangements to meet business demands.
Lead improvement projects related to productivity, cost reduction, quality improvement, and process optimization.
Manage, coach, and develop production supervisors, engineers, and operators.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Control and optimize production processes from raw materials, pressing, curing, cutting, polishing to finishing.

REQUIREMENTS:
Continuous improvement mindset (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) is a strong advantage.
Ability to establish, improve, and optimize production processes to enhance productivity, quality, and reduce loss.
Experience managing large production teams (50–200+ workers), including team leaders and line supervisors.
10–15 years of experience in a similar production management role.
Train and develop engineers, supervisors, and workers, building a stable and sustainable production team.
Ability to analyze and resolve technical and quality issues, working closely with Maintenance – QC – Engineering teams.
Solid understanding of the full production process: raw materials – pressing – curing – cutting – polishing – finishing.
Strong preference for candidates with experience in artificial quartz stone (Quartz Stone) or related industries (construction materials, stone, tiles, composites).
Plan, monitor, and report production plans, KPIs, and production performance directly to the Board of Directors.
