Partner with Research and Data teams to validate user problems and measure impact.
Work closely with QA to ensure all releases meet high quality standards.
Define key product metrics to measure success and product health.
Ensure development progress aligns with sprint goals and overall roadmap timelines.
Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to design dashboards and visualize insights.
Own and manage specific product areas or features from concept to launch and beyond.
Monitor and evaluate feature performance post- launch using data, testing, and user feedback.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance internal product processes, sprint efficiency, and release readiness.
Combine empathy for users with a strong understanding of business metrics (conversion, engagement, retention, etc.).
Mentor and guide team members, fostering strong product thinking and collaboration.
Leverage data and experimentation to guide decision- making and product improvements.
Work cross- functionally with Business, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations to ensure successful Go- to- Market launches.
Collaborate closely with Designers and Engineers to ensure timely and high- quality delivery.
Act as the voice of the product, building trust and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing business impact, user value, and technical feasibility.
Communicate roadmap, updates, and product performance effectively to leadership and key stakeholders.
Conduct market research, interviews, and surveys to identify customer segments and user journeys.
Translate product goals into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
Maintain clear, up- to- date documentation for all features, releases, and decisions.
Identify and resolve blockers promptly, maintaining transparency on scope, status, and quality.
