Senior Product Owner

The Product Development team in Vietnam focuses on solving the needs of Shopee for the Vietnam market in many categories: Operation / Engagement / Partnership. Our products are in various sizes and complexity levels, serving both internal users (Shopee staff) as well as external users (our buyers, sellers, and partners). Being a team leader, you&039;ll gain career capital by doing various kinds of tasks, leading a team to deliver impactful products, and working with many different teams and partners to accelerate business growth.
Responsibilities:

Work on administrative task of the product, maintain existing app products (product management)
Lead the team to deliver products
Drive the execution of all or parts of product lifecycle processes, including product research, product ideation, product solution, product design, product development & product performance
Work closely and give training to the other related teams when there is a new feature or new product
Work closely with business departments to gain a deep understanding of customer pain points, experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Take ownership and be responsible for any delivery of products

Strong leadership, team, and people management skills
Proven ability to develop products and effectively communicate recommendations to management
Good collaboration skills to work with cross- functional teams at large scale
Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands- on experience in software development
Strong problem- solving skills, logical thinking, critical thinking and willingness to roll up one&039;s sleeves to get the job
From 4 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Management
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant fields is a plus
