Commercial Plan

Compile product feedback and market updates for Tuesday&039;s bi- weekly brand meeting.
Analyze and evaluate monthly promotions and markdown lists according to the brand’s strategy to proposereasonable recommendations.
Control brand margin according to the monthly budget.
Prepare weekly trade reports for COC- TPO every Monday to provide information for team meetings.
Prepare data analysis reports as requested by the Line Manager or Brand Manager.
Develop merchandise allocation plans to ensure the month- on- hand and sell- through percentage meet brandrequirements.

Shipment Management for COC- TPO:

Receive shipment information (Packing List + Invoice) from Cotton On and Typo brands to prepare translationfiles and necessary details for the Logistics team.
Track shipment arrival schedules and plan store transfers to ensure display timelines meet brand requirements.
Provide detailed shipment notifications to Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Store teams.
Compile discrepancies in shipment quantities and handle Master File errors (if any) for COC–TPO shipments.
Update bundle and promotional information for new COC–TPO SKU shipments on HT Prism and the ACFCwebsite.

Internal Merchandise Transfer:

Prepare transfer lists of COC merchandise between stores and central warehouse based on data and teamfeedback to maintain stock levels for best- sellers and ensure regular merchandise refresh.
Plan top- up and return of goods before and after MSS/ESS based on sales plans and store capacity.
Check Packing Lists for transfer and return shipments of COC stores.
Update COC product transfer lists to the brand.
Monitor progress of slip uploads, vehicle bookings, deliveries, and handle arising issues (delayed delivery, loss,defective goods).

Other Duties:

Guide and respond to store inquiries related to COC promotions and bundles.
Notify store teams about COC promotional programs and bundles.

Detail- oriented, quick learner, able to work under pressure.
Understanding of margin, MOH (Month on Hand), sell- through rates, and import procedures.
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree graduate.
Proficient in office software (Power BI, Power Pivot, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email, etc.).
Good English reading, speaking, and commercial email writing skills
At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail.
