(Senior) Process Improvement Engineer/ Industrial Engineer

• Be responsible for Supplier Audit and Document Preparation to support Localization of
• Be responsible for Material Localization Process and Improvement at TTI Factory
Mass Production Material
• Follow up with Sourcing/ Planning team to ensure schedule is on track.
• Manage parts and supplier documents and process them to release Supplier Evaluation Report.
• Follow Lab test result and Investigating Failure Modes
• Submit Engineering Change Request and communicate with Approval Board for
• Review Product models, Assembly process and Perform Engineering jobs to qualify parts from Local Supplier in TTI VN Factory.
• Perform FAI (First article Inspection) and Related Quality Tests of Localization parts.
Qualification plan.

This position will be based in Tan Phu Trung IZ, Cu Chi, HCMC. Shuttle bus from Thu Duc, Binh Thanh, Hoc Mon, Tan Binh, District 1, 10, 12; Binh Duong; Dong Nai is available.

• Strong decision making with good analytical / problem solving skills.
• University bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering orrelated field.
• Communication skills with internal and external stake holders.
• 3- 5 years of manufacturing experience with a multi- national company inrelated positions.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of ISO standard, Control plan, PPAP.
• Analytical and Problem- Solving skills.
• Strong oral and written English skills (to work with Global team)
• Understand UG / CAD / WORD / EXCEL software, working knowledge.
