Job Description
Content Creation & Storytelling:
Develop and produce compelling content across various PR channels, including news articles, blog posts, website updates, social media captions, newsletters, and internal communications.
Collaborate with the Marketing team and Design team to ensure PR content aligns seamlessly with overall marketing campaigns, brand messaging and brand image.
Identify and transform compelling stories from the Vinschool community (e.g., student successes, teacher innovations, parent testimonials, community projects) into engaging public- facing content.
Media & Digital Engagement:
Draft impactful press releases to secure positive media coverage for Vinschool&039;s initiatives, events, and achievements.
Support crisis communication efforts by monitoring potential issues, assisting in the development of communication materials, and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Track and analyze social media and website analytics to inform and identify engagement opportunities.
Monitor and analyze traditional and social media coverage related to Vinschool and the broader education sector, identifying trends and opportunities.
PR Campaign Planning & Execution:
Monitor campaign timelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the delivery of high- quality outputs within established deadlines.
Assist in the planning and execution of comprehensive communication campaigns, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the Vinschool network.
Translate communication briefs into actionable PR plans, outlining objectives, timelines, content requirements, and deliverables.
Prepare regular, data- informed reports on PR activities, media coverage, and campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Event Support:
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to organize public engagement activities, ensuring the successful execution of PR aspects for all events.
Provide strategic PR support for Vinschool events, including open days, workshops, and school- wide initiatives, by developing event- specific communications and conducting media outreach.
Marketing Activities Support
Produce content (text, images, videos, etc.) for marketing materials and publications supporting marketing and admissions activities.
Participate in brainstorming and contributing content ideas for various marketing campaigns.
Requirements for the Position
To succeed in this role, we&039;re looking for a candidate with the following qualities and experience:
Language: Fluent in English across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing), equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher, or other equivalent international certifications.
Education: A Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Education or a related field. A Master&039;s degree and/or international study experience are a plus.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within Communications, Advertising, Branding, or Education.
Professional Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and public presentation skills.
Ability to plan, implement, and manage PR campaigns independently and effectively.
Excellent writing skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, engagingly, and appropriately for different audiences and communication channels.
Personal Attributes:
Dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly responsible in your work, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Meticulous and detail- oriented. Able to work well under pressure.
