This role focuses on high- power electrical systems (200 kW – 10 MW) including transformers, high- power converters, rectifiers, and grid- connected power systems.
The High Power Electrical Engineer will support the design and development of MW- scale power conversion systems used in renewable energy applications.
Key Responsibilities:

Support prototype development, laboratory testing, and troubleshooting of power systems.
Participate in the design, analysis, and testing of high- power converters, rectifiers, transformers, and grid- connected systems.
Work with cross- functional teams (mechanical, control, automation, safety, chemical) to integrate power systems into large- scale renewable energy platforms.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and grid connection requirements.
Support the design and development of high- power electrical systems (200 kW – multi- MW) for renewable energy applications.
Conduct electrical simulations, system validation, and performance testing for high- power equipment.

Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with the ability to work in fast- paced R&D environments
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Power Electronics, or related fields.
Experience working with medium- voltage or high- power electrical equipment is highly preferred.
Hands- on experience with high- power electrical systems (>200 kW) such as: transformers rectifiers high- power converters motor drives grid- connected power systems
Familiarity with renewable energy systems such as solar, hydrogen, or energy storage is a plus.
