Galaxy Holdings is seeking a visionary and execution- driven PMO Director to lead our centralized Project Management Office (PMO). This strategic leadership role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of critical initiatives across the organization, particularly in Product Development and IT Service Management. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, standardize project governance, and accelerate business outcomes in alignment with the Group’s growth and transformation goals.
PMO Strategy & Governance
Lead governance across all strategic programs and ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Serve as a key advisor to the executive team on program prioritization, risk management, and resource allocation.
Define and implement a group- wide PMO framework, including methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Strategic Program Portfolio Management
Manage a consolidated view of project health, risk exposure, interdependencies, and resource utilization.
Oversee planning, execution, and reporting of strategic projects across multiple business units and subsidiaries.
Align cross- functional initiatives to corporate objectives and transformation roadmaps.
Product & IT Service Alignment
Collaborate closely with Product and Technology leaders to drive the successful delivery of digital products and customer- facing solutions.
Ensure seamless coordination between product roadmaps, engineering capabilities, and IT service delivery.
Contribute to service design, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives across the tech ecosystem.
Executive Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a central liaison between project teams and executive leadership, ensuring consistent updates, escalation handling, and alignment.
Facilitate C- level project reviews and decision- making forums using structured, data- backed reporting.
Champion a culture of performance, ownership, and cross- functional collaboration.
PMO Talent Management & Culture Building
Foster a delivery- oriented, agile, and innovation- driven PMO culture across the organization.
Promote best- in- class project management practices through coaching, training, and internal capability building.
Build and lead a high- performing team of program/project managers.
