About the Role
You will collaborate closely with international team members, participate in daily meetings with the client, and ensure high- quality deliverables that meet business requirements.
We are looking for highly skilled Senior PHP Symfony Developers to join our team and work directly with an EU client on a long- term project. This role focuses on backend development, core product customization, and building a Marketplace Generator platform.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the client and internal team to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Work independently while maintaining strong communication with the project team.
Optimize application performance and ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and reviews.
Participate in daily stand- up meetings and provide clear progress updates.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly.
Develop, customize, and maintain backend features using Symfony (v7+).
Requirements
Must- have:
5+ years of professional experience in backend development.
Good knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
Solid understanding of database design and optimization (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
Ability to work in Vietnam timezone and attend mandatory daily meetings at the client’s chosen time.
Strong expertise in Symfony Framework (v7+) and PHP.
Experience with RESTful APIs, authentication, and security best practices.
Nice- to- have:
Familiarity with front- end technologies (JavaScript, Vue.js, React, or similar) for integration purposes.
Experience with Marketplace platforms or e- commerce systems.
Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Working Conditions
Environment: International team, direct communication with EU client.
Type: Full- time, remote.
Daily meeting: Mandatory attendance at client’s scheduled time.
Working hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Vietnam timezone).
