As our Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you&039;ll be in charge of developing and executing performance- driven advertising campaigns. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing campaigns, maximizing return on ad spend, and driving customer acquisition and retention. We&039;re seeking someone with a strong background in performance marketing and a proven track record of achieving significant growth and driving results.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
• Keep your finger on the pulse of Facebook advertising trends, best practices, and changes in the ecosystem, so we can stay ahead of the curve.
• Plan, set up, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns effectively.
• Test and iterate ad creatives, audience segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize return on investment.
• Provide regular reports to stakeholders, sharing insights, highlighting successes, addressing challenges, and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies on platform to acquire customers and boost customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate closely with our creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and cohesive messaging.
• Dive deep into campaign data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign success, and make data- driven decisions for optimization.
