Senior Performance Creative (US Market)

GENERAL INTRODUCTION
PATI Group is entering a hyper- growth phase with a goal to 20x our revenue within the next 12 months in international markets (US/EU/AU). We are not looking for ordinary video editors. We are searching for Creative Experts with a Performance Mindset who can master AI to produce large- scale video advertisements and conquer global audiences.
At PATI, you will work in an AI- First environment (comprehensive AI integration), with full autonomy over your creative direction and direct accountability for business results.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You are more than just an Editor; you are a Creative Systems Architect:

Data- Driven Optimization: Analyze creative metrics (CTR, Thumbstop Ratio) to decide whether to kill poor- performing ads or duplicate winners.
Large- Scale Production: Generate 100+ video ad variations per month through AI- integrated workflows.
Performance Commitment: Take ownership of viewer retention metrics (Hook Rate >30%, Hold Rate >50%). The videos produced must drive sales.
AI Workflow Architecture: Design how the team utilizes AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs) to optimize speed and quality.
Team Leadership: Build a library of templates and frameworks to guide and mentor the Trainee team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience: Minimum 5 years in producing high- converting Direct Response video ads (US/EU market experience preferred).
Skills:
Video Editing: Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut Pro. Must have a portfolio of winning ads as proof.
AI Tools: Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude, or video editing AI like Sora, Veo, and Kling.
Performance Portfolio: Proven portfolio of high- converting Direct Response video ads.
[PREFERENCE]: Experience in Global DTC/E- commerce. Knowledge of AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, and HeyGen. Proven team leadership ability.
Data- Driven: Ability to read and analyze creative data (CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CPA, ROAS) to drive decisions.
Global Mindset: Fluent in English (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent) with a deep understanding of American pop culture.

Recruitment Process:
To ensure we find the right “Builders” for our x20 goal, our process includes:
Round 1- Application & Technical Challenge: After submitting your CV (with Portfolio attached), you will receive a technical challenge.
Round 2- In- depth Interview: A discussion regarding technical expertise and cultural fit with PATI’s management team.
Round 3- Founder’s Table: Direct strategic discussion with the CEO.
Working Conditions:
Time:
Monday- Friday: 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM, with a 1- hour lunch break.
Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM- 09:00 AM. We kick off Saturdays with team runs and weekly reflections- mind, body, and momentum aligned.
Location: PATI Group Office – Ho Chi Minh City.
Note: This is a full- time, onsite position to ensure the highest speed of coordination.
