Responsibilities
NSC Software has been growing rapidly in recent years. We are now looking for a strong Senior Operations Manager to take full ownership of our core operational functions and directly oversee the C&B, Resource Management, and Talent Acquisition teams.
This role reports directly to the Board of Directors and works closely with all key departments, including HR, Resource Management, PMO, Delivery Team, Legal & Compliance, and Finance.
Main responsibilities:
Team Leadership (Direct Management)
You will directly oversee and develop the following teams:
Resource Management (RM) – including workforce planning & allocation
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Talent Acquisition (TA)
Responsibilities include:
Coaching team leads, setting goals, and ensuring high performance.
Building clear processes for hiring, utilization, compensation review, and workforce planning.
Improving coordination between TA- RM- C&B to support business needs.
Oversee day- to- day company operations and ensure smooth collaboration across departments.
Optimize internal workflows, policies, and operational standards.
Ensure compliance with legal, HR, security, and quality requirements.
Operational Management
Drive workforce planning based on project forecasts and sales pipelines.
Optimize bench, improve utilization, and balance supply vs. demand.
Resource & Workforce Planning
Support project- level budgeting and staffing decisions.
Coordinate performance review cycles with C&B and department heads.
Implement and maintain OKR/KPI frameworks for relevant teams.
Support HRBP activities for sensitive people matters and organizational planning.
Performance & People Operations
Monitor resource cost structure, project- level financials, and operational KPIs.
Financial & Budget Operations
Recommend actions to increase efficiency and ROI.
Work with Finance to plan budgets, forecast costs, and maintain healthy margins.
Strategic Projects & Scaling
Lead internal transformation projects (HRIS/ERP/BI, workflow automation, restructuring…).
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose long- term solutions.
Drive scaling initiatives as the company grows from 130 to 200–300 staff.
Act as a bridge between PMO, Delivery, TA/RM, C&B, and Finance.
Handle unexpected operational issues calmly and professionally.
Support CEO/BoD in executing strategic initiatives.
