Senior Odoo Developer ( Python Language - Product)

Keep up- to- date with the latest Odoo developments, versions, and community contributions.
Collaborate with front- end developers to integrate user- facing elements with server- side logic.
Design and develop customized modules, applications, and integrations within the Odoo framework to meet specific business needs.
Perform system configuration, customization, and data migration tasks to optimize Odoo&039;s performance and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other technical problems within the Odoo ecosystem.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Odoo.
Ensure the implementation of best practices and coding standards in Odoo development.

Proficiency in Python programming language and strong knowledge of the Odoo framework.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, version control systems, and issue- tracking tools.
Strong problem- solving skills and an ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years experience as an Odoo Developer with a strong portfolio of Odoo projects.
Good at logical thinking to customize and modify the Odoo process.
Experience in customizing and extending Odoo modules, workflows, and business processes.

Preferred:

Knowledge of PostgreSQL database management.
Odoo certification(s) or relevant certificates or course completion
Previous experience in working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Experience with integrating Odoo with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, e- commerce platforms, E- invoice software). Especially CRM, Sales and accounting module experience is preferred.
Familiarity with front- end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.
