Senior Odoo Developer

Job Description:

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure high performance and reliability.
Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure project success.
Analyze user needs and translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
Customize existing Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.) to fit operational needs.
Design, develop, and implement new Odoo modules and features according to business requirements.
Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and version control management.
Integrate Odoo with third- party systems and applications through APIs or web services.
Provide technical documentation and user support for deployed solutions.

Job Requirements:

Strong analytical, problem- solving, and debugging skills.
Knowledge of Linux environments and Git version control.
Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and Odoo Framework.
Good understanding of core business workflows (Accounting, Sales, Procurement, HR, Inventory, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Odoo development.
Experience with module development, customization, and API integration.
