Senior .NET Developer (C#, .NET, SQL)

Attention to detail; an analytical and conceptual thinker
Work as team player to provide ongoing production support to our customers. This involves investigate production issues, locate root cause, and apply the appropriate fixes or change requests and documentation etc.
Assess the impact of change requests, and develop solutions and mitigation strategies
Code, test, document and implement new applications or enhancements to existing systems
Design and develop API platform to connect to various disparate backend systems
Develop documentation throughout development process
Interpret business requirements and provide systems/technical documentation
Apply project design, system developments and maintenance methodologies
Share knowledge and information with the team and assist others in priorities team meeting
Analyze requirements, design new features for WinForms application.
Implement common APIs based on architecture guidelines and framework related to logging, authentication, security, error recovery etc.

Technical attributes:

Experience in WinForms
Have 3+ experience working with .NET development in C
Familiarity with ASP.NET (for API development)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills using English
Working experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Strong technical skills in .NET frameworks and .NET development tools.

Additional attributes (preferred not required):

Working knowledge or experience in ERP type systems
Experience with workflow based systems
Working knowledge or experience in Accounting or Retail POS systems
Experience in other technology languages (e.g.: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 etc.)
Experience with Agile Development methodologies

WORKING HOURS

Staff can start early and finish early to keep in sync with Australia working hours
Working hours is flexible and the standard guideline is between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour break for lunch.

LEAVES

Compassionate Leave: 3 days per annum
Sick Leave: 5 days paid per annum.
12 days Annual Leave per annum. Annually leave is accumulated up to 2 years.
