Implementation Excellence & Best Practices: Drive the adoption of robust coding standards, design patterns, and development methodologies to build a high- quality, sustainable codebase.
Conduct Thorough Code Reviews: Analyze code changes for logical correctness, security vulnerabilities, performance requirements and coding best practices.
Provide specific recommendations for improvement targeting maintainability and scalability.
Solution Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document technical decisions, implementation details, and best practices for team clarity and future reference.
Providing Occasional Emergency Technical Intervention: Offer occasional, time- sensitive technical support to stakeholders across different time zones during critical incidents with continuous communication.

Technical Capability:

REST APIs & Networking: Strong understanding of RESTful API design and networking protocols. Having experience with API generators from OpenAPI specifications is a plus.
Deep Linking, Push Notifications and WebSocket: Proven ability to implement and troubleshoot these features.
CI/CD: Skilled in automating builds and deployments using CI/CD toolings. Having experience with Codemagic is a plus.
Expert Flutter & Dart: At least 5 years of experience with Flutter framework. Deep understanding of Flutter&039;s architecture, performance optimization, and clean Dart coding.
Comprehensive Testing & Debugging: Skilled in unit, widget, integration testing, and debugging complex issues. Having experience with Widgetbook is a plus.
Problem- Solving & Efficiency: Ability to leverage AI- powered tools (e.g., code completion, debugging aids, generative AI) to enhance daily coding efficiency and problem- solving.
Asynchronous Mastery: Proficient in handling asynchronous operations (Futures, Streams, async/await) and utilizing Dart isolates for concurrency and parallelism.
Firebase Proficiency: Extensive experience with Firebase services (Firestore, FCM, App Check, Remote Config, etc).
Native Language Experience: Proven experience with at least one native mobile development language (Kotlin/Java for Android or Swift/Objective- C for iOS) is a plus.
Architectural Expertise: Strong grasp of architectural patterns using Bloc or Riverpod for scalable apps.
