As our Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you&039;ll be in charge of developing and executing performance- driven advertising campaigns on Facebook. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing campaigns, maximizing return on ad spend, and driving customer acquisition and retention. We&039;re seeking someone with a strong background in Facebook performance marketing and a proven track record of achieving significant growth and driving results.
WHAT WILL YOU DO

Keep your finger on the pulse of Facebook advertising trends, best practices, and changes in the ecosystem, so we can stay ahead of the curve.
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies on Facebook platform to acquire customers and boost customer lifetime value.
Test and iterate ad creatives, audience segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize return on investment.
Dive deep into campaign data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign success, and make data- driven decisions for optimization.
Collaborate closely with our creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and cohesive messaging.
Plan, set up, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns effectively.
Provide regular reports to stakeholders, sharing insights, highlighting successes, addressing challenges, and identifying optimization opportunities.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Proven track record of driving significant growth and achieving outstanding results in performance marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, LTV, and conversion rates.
Strong analytical skills and ability to extract valuable insights from data to optimize campaigns and deliver business outcomes.
A bachelor&039;s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Extra points if you graduated from top universities (local or global) and had a GPA that sparkled.
Experience in the e- commerce industry or with direct- to- consumer brands is a plus.
In- depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Facebook advertising.
