Senior Merchandiser (Production)

- Prepare order status reports and support continuous improvement activities.
- Follow up on materials, production progress, and shipment schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve production- related issues.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure on- time production and delivery.
- Manage customer orders from order confirmation to shipment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in garment merchandising.
- Good English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of garment production processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem- solving skills.
