Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Full- time, 9:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday‌- Option to work remotely 1 day / week
Position: Senior Marketing Manager

CRCC Asia is an international education organisation that facilitates international professional development programs in 5 cities in 4 countries globally: Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, and India.
YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing efforts aimed at attracting a diverse pool of international students, driving enrollment, and expanding the company&039;s global presence. This role requires tactical marketing expertise in all areas of marketing, and strong management ability. The ideal candidate will have an in- depth understanding of all elements of marketing in an international setting, adept in strategy and leadership, excellent in verbal and written communication, innovative and take ownership of their team’s projects and initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for our programs that align with the company’s objectives and brand positioning
Define clear goals and KPIs for the team including international students enrollment, program visibility, and brand recognition globally.
Analyse international education trends, market demands, and cultural nuances to identify opportunities and tailor marketing approaches.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor team members through meetings and 1 on 1 sessions, overseeing all areas of Marketing and ensuring goals are met.
Do frequent review of team’s performance, identify areas of improvement for the team members and provide prompt training where needed.
Process & team optimization
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the international student experience.
Proactively identify areas of improvement for the team and execute accordingly
Build/revamp SOP
Digital and Global Marketing Initiatives
Lead digital marketing campaigns targeting international audiences, utilising various platforms (digital, print, social media, etc.), and SEO strategies
Maintain and strengthen the company&039;s brand through consistent messaging and campaigns.
Implement strong content strategy across all marketing materials, factoring culturally sensitive information and targeted audiences
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct ongoing market research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviours of international students in different regions, identify trends for new opportunities.
Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adapt strategies accordingly.
Budget Management and Resource Allocation
Prioritise initiatives based on ROI and strategic goals for global expansion.
Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources to optimise marketing campaigns in different international markets.
Tracking & Reporting
Provide meaningful reports to the management team with clear actionable items.
Analyse campaign performance and KPIs, adjusting strategies based on data- driven insights
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the Management team & other departments to align marketing efforts and support overall company objectives.
Partnerships and Relationships
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, educational institutions, agencies, vendors and organisations worldwide to expand the institution&039;s reach and offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS
In- depth knowledge of content and digital marketing strategy, including ads campaign, SEO, email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, B2C/B2B database platforms and CRM systems.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies that align with organisational objectives.
Result- oriented, demonstrated success in meeting KPI & company’s objectives
Proven experiences: minimum 3 years in related roles, have experiences in leading a high- performing team, preferably within the international education sector.
English fluency is a must, Japanese and/or Korean language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
Up- to- date knowledge of industry best practices, compliance regulations, able to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and industry trends.
Experience studying/living in, travelling to, or have a good understanding of our program locations: Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, and/or India.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
