Ensure consistent brand voice across all digital channels

Technical Content Development

Collaborate with technical experts to create in- depth technical articles and thought leadership content
Create content that positions Vietnam Silicon as a technical thought leader

Employer Branding Content Development

Design and manage recruitment- focused social media campaigns
Partner with HR team to develop compelling content for employer branding initiatives

Website & SEO

Manage website content updates
Optimize content for SEO
Recommend improvements for better user experience
Collaborate with web development team for updates
Monitor website analytics and user behavior

Campaign Management

Collaborate with design team for visual assets
Create marketing materials for various channels
Manage email marketing campaigns
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
Track campaign performance

Experience

Proven track record in content creation and management
Experience in tech industry or B2B marketing preferred
Background in employer branding preferred
Experience working with technical teams and translating technical concepts
3+ years of digital marketing experience

Technical Knowledge

Basic understanding of software development and IT concepts
Familiarity with technical documentation
Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly
Experience writing about technology topics

Content & Writing Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication
English proficiency (written and verbal)
Ability to write technical content for tech audience
Experience creating various content types (blogs, social media, email)
Strong copywriting and editing abilities
