Senior Marketing Executive (Domino's Pizza)

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT (50%)

Annually implement Menu Revamp by using Menu Engineering Matrix.
Lead new product development function, including feeding the ideas, preparing documents for principle’s product approval, building up food cost structure, proposing selling prices, ingredients forecast, launching new products to the market, and monitoring product mix of new products in weekly and monthly basics.

BRAND MARKETING (50%)

Assist Marketing Manager in other tasks.
Work with research agencies to conduct marketing research projects, monitoring marketing trends and identifying potential areas.
Manage marketing expenses within the approved budget to ensure cost efficiency and output quality.
Assist Marketing Manager in brand marketing planning and implementation aimed at achieving business objectives.
Follow up and analyse the development of the brand (brand TOM awareness, brand love, brand health, revenue, and market share) and propose suitable programs.
Coordinate with Communications/ Digital team in conceptualizing thematic marketing campaigns, planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels.

Good written and verbal skills in English
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
Hands- on experience in ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities.
Operate as an individual and in a team environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, planning and presentation skills.
Build solid relationships internally and externally.
Proficiency in trend analysis, challenge identification, and market impact assessment through data analysis and market information exploration.
At least 3 years of experience in brand/ product/ marketing management in F&B/ FMCG/ Retail Industry.
Proactive, result- driven, good time management and hard- working.
