Annually implement Menu Revamp by using Menu Engineering Matrix.
Assist Marketing Manager in other tasks.
Lead new product development function, including feeding the ideas, preparing documents for principle&039;s product approval, building up food cost structure, proposing selling prices, ingredients forecast, launching new products to the market, and monitoring product mix of new products in weekly and monthly basics.
Follow up and analyse the development of the brand (brand TOM awareness, brand love, brand health, revenue, and market share) and propose suitable programs.
Work with research agencies to conduct marketing research projects, monitoring marketing trends and identifying potential areas.
BRAND MARKETING (50%)
Manage marketing expenses within the approved budget to ensure cost efficiency and output quality.
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT (50%)
Coordinate with Communications/ Digital team in conceptualizing thematic marketing campaigns, planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels.
Assist Marketing Manager in brand marketing planning and implementation aimed at achieving business objectives.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Build solid relationships internally and externally.
At least 3 years of experience in brand/ product/ marketing management in F&B/ FMCG/ Retail Industry.
Proactive, result- driven, good time management and hard- working.
Bachelor&039;s degree in marketing or relevant field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, planning and presentation skills.
Proficiency in trend analysis, challenge identification, and market impact assessment through data analysis and market information exploration.
Operate as an individual and in a team environment.
Hands- on experience in ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities.
Good written and verbal skills in English
