OBJECTIVES
You will be the leader in the future for GapoWork.
We are looking for an experienced marketing with passion in B2B marketing, inbound marketing.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Marketing strategy & planning:
Build the overall marketing strategy for GapoWork with relevant campaigns (Internal & External)
Set marketing objectives based on business objectives with CCO.

Content strategy & planning:
Design detailed implementation plan
Propose strategic content direction for GapoWork.
Develop effective content strategy to deliver communication objective.

Event management:
Implement other marketing activities based on the strategy at each period.
Plan and organize events such as workshops and webinars for both the potential clients and employees

Report & Analysis:Report to the CEO about the effectiveness of the overall marketing performance.

REQUEST
Must have

Excellent project management and time management skills.
Having a deep knowledge of B2B Marketing and having passion to grow further,
At least 4+ year experience in Marketing or similar positions.
Experimental mindset with enthusiasm about self- challenging.
Understanding of marketing channels, especially Event, Website, Social
Excellent communication skill, especially in the field of advertising and branding

Good to have

Experiences in marketing agency or having knowledge of marketing agency business.
Creative and innovation mindset with interest in working in a start- up environment.
Ambitious with aggressive targets.
