Senior Manual Test (Domain Banking)

Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure the delivery of high- quality software.
Perform end- to- end manual testing, including functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
Identify, document, and report bugs using defect- tracking tools.
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior testers to ensure best practices in manual testing.
Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements in the banking domain.
Ensure compliance with documentation standards in the banking industry.
Provide domain- specific insights to enhance testing coverage and accuracy in the banking context.
Ensure alignment with banking compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
Act as a liaison between QA, development teams, and business stakeholders.
Maintain detailed and accurate testing documentation, including test results, defect logs, and status reports.
Work closely with business analysts to understand banking workflows and processes.
Validate critical banking functionalities such as transactions, payment processing, account management, and risk management systems.

Minimum 4 years of experience in manual testing, with at least 1 years focused on the banking domain.
No English is required
Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Proven experience testing banking applications such as core banking systems, digital banking platforms, or payment gateways.
Knowledge of financial products, transactions, and risk management is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Strong understanding of SQL for database validation.
Familiarity with APIs and ability to perform API testing manually.
Solid understanding of banking processes, including compliance and security protocols (e.g., PCI DSS).
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ISTQB Certification or equivalent.
Knowledge of automation tools is a plus
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
