Job Purpose
The job holder manage and take full responsibility for the activities of Marketing- Customer Segmentation- BB Division, including:
Marketing campaign management
Business Marketing Planning and marketing performance management
Design marketing content for program/campaign
Key Accountabilities (1)
Business Marketing Planning and marketing performance management
- Manage execution of marketing activities, budget, premium / stocks and provide update
- Design, build, embed and manage BB customer loyalty program by collaborating with other divisions and/or partnerships
- Co- ordinate with related parties to build communication proposition and creation of perception for products, solutions, aligned with brand name and target customer insight
- Drive preparation and implementation of BB NPS survey
- Develop KPIs and approach for assessment of marketing value. Monitor marketing programs and campaign performance / fulfilment
- Develop and embed overall BB marketing calendar detailing marketing activities and linking each campaign to strategy by economic segment, economic sectors/activities, customer groups...
