Job purpose:
Responsible for leading and coordinating sales operations within the Sales Region based on geographical assignment for the Agency Channel. This role involves partnering with agency leaders, managing sales activities, and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve sales quality. The position also focuses on expanding market share through leadership recruitment, developing training programs, and building business plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Agency Channel.
Major accountabilities:
Business Operations & Production Management
- Partner with Agency Leaders to develop and execute strategies that meet business objectives and KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and deliver insights to improve business outcomes.
- Oversee and direct business activities of the Agency Channel across the assigned Sales Region.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and continuous support to enhance overall agency performance.
Activity Management, After- sales Service & Compensation Policies
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve policy or process- related issues promptly.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, financial standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive quality improvement across agency activities, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement business activities, after- sales service initiatives, contest programs, and compensation policies to promote business growth.
Market Expansion & Leadership Recruitment
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of Managing Directors and Agency Leaders to strengthen the sales force.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to build a robust agency leadership pipeline.
- Contribute to increasing market share through strategic people development initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to expand the Agency Channel within the assigned geographical Sales Region.
Training, Development & Business Planning
- Develop and align business plans with channel KPIs, working closely with regional leaders to ensure execution.
- Track performance against plans, identify gaps, and propose improvement measures.
- Design, deliver, and manage training programs to enhance the competencies of Agency Leaders and team members.
- Facilitate continuous learning through coaching, workshops, and capability- building sessions.
Handle ad- hoc projects as assigned
