NAVER Vietnam Visual Experience (VVE)

The Vietnam Visual Experience represents NAVER Vietnam’s strategic expansion into the field of next- generation media and production technology.

We provide cutting- edge media technologies for NAVER’s diverse storytelling products, including CHZZK, Virtual YouTuber, K- POP, and Drama, enabling creators to deliver richer, more immersive visual experiences to users.

As part of NAVER’s global vision to redefine storytelling through technology, the Visual Experience team- known as Real- Time Engine Studio- combines production technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to build the next- generation content container for NAVER’s platforms.

With a strong focus on AI- driven real- time rendering, virtual production, and visual computing, the Vietnam Visual Experience Center aims to become a global innovation center- bridging creativity, technology, and storytelling to shape the future of visual content within NAVER’s ecosystem.
We are looking for a Senior Level Artist.

Your day- to- day:

Establish and manage environment production pipelines utilizing Unreal/Unity tools and workflows.
Optimize environments and scene assets for real- time performance in live production.
Compose natural and artificial elements to maximize world quality, depth, and visual balance.
Build and implement high- quality environments using Unreal Engine and Unity, aligned with the project’s visual concept and storytelling direction.
Create environment art resources and background assets to support cinematic and real- time content.

Your background:

Deep understanding and passion for cinematic lighting, and next- generation graphics.
Experience working in VFX or real- time content industries.
Experience in environment optimization for real- time live production.Strong ability in asset creation, resource management.
5+ years of experience in environment or level art production for cinematic or real- time content.
Hands- on experience creating high- quality environments using Unreal Engine / Unity.

It&039;s a big plus if you:

Have a proactive attitude toward artistic and technical R&D and new workflow experimentation.
Have experience in Virtual Production (VP).
Have experience using terrain and environment generation tools such as World Machine, Gaea, or Terrain.
Are proficient with Material Editor in Unreal Engine or Unity.
