Senior Legal Executive

Contract Management

Consolidate the pending issues or remarkable matters, finalize the contract, submit to the management for signatures and stamp.
Exchange hard copies with Clients, scan, store the soft and hard copies.
Standardize contract templates.
Work with relevant departments to revise the first draft and respond, convince, negotiate with Client.
Coordinate with other departments on commercial issues in relation to contract management.
Build- up, input and keep track of reports on contracts.
In charge of Contracts (Export Contract, Spot Contract, Middle- term, Long- term), Master Agreement, NDA, Purchase Orders, Change Requests, Letter of Intention, Quotation (herein after referred as the “Contract”) in general.
Liaising with Client to get the first draft of Contract.
Receive the direction from the Supervisor/ Line manager to draft, review, negotiate contracts and provide legal advice, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company policies.

Licensing

Assist project tasks in legal compliance and licensing processes for both new and existing projects.
Other duties assigned by Supervisors.
Support M&A transactions in structuring M&A deals, conducting due diligence, drafting & reviewing legal documentation, and preparing reports.
Liaise and correspond with competent authorities, external counsels in dealing with related legal matters and carry out the required work.
Prepare and submit applications to obtain ERC, IRC, IA, LURC;

Experience in exporting practice is a plus.
Bachelor of Law, Qualified lawyer in Vietnam (preferred)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Outstanding problem- solving, and analytical/ observation skills.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of business law and procedures
Fast learner, independent, passionate about the legal field
Strong research and organizational skills.
At least 4 years of experience in contract management and licensing (preferably in international trade or investment sectors)
Fluent in English, especially in law fields
Have excellent planning and reporting skills.
