Position: Senior Learning & Development Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for implementing and coordinating a wide range of L&D initiatives, including orientation, soft skills, and functional development programs. This role ensures smooth execution of training activities, supports competency development across the organization, and provides expertise in both program administration and facilitation. Working closely with Heads of Departments and external vendors, this position plays a key role in enhancing employee capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
Training Needs & Planning
- Collect and analyze training needs in collaboration with HODs and HRBP to identify gaps in soft skills and general training.
- Contribute to developing and updating the annual training plan and training catalog aligned with business priorities, ensuring accessible learning options for employees and managers.
Program Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate and deliver the Orientation Program for new hires, including content updates and cross- functional trainer engagement.
- Support design, implementation, and facilitation of soft skills and professional development programs, ensuring relevance and quality.
- Coordinate with internal and external trainers/vendors to ensure smooth and effective program execution.
- Administer learning tools and platforms (e.g., DISC, e- learning, external assessments).
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Collect participant feedback, track training data, and prepare reports on program effectiveness.
- Recommend improvements to enhance the impact of L&D initiatives on employee performance and engagement.
Stakeholder & Project Involvement
- Participate in and support special L&D projects and cross- functional initiatives as assigned.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with departments to encourage active participation in training programs.
Position: Learning & Development Specialist (Fresh Graduate)
JOB SUMMARY
As a Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the professional growth and development of our employees while supporting the specific needs of our factory at the SHTP/Củ Chi Site. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing the Orientation programs, managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and Training Bond Program, providing expert guidance on technical training initiatives, and serving as the main coordinator for various learning and development functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
• Accountable for overseeing the implementation of orientation programs for new hires at SHTP Site and ensuring the program is aligned with the business&039; needs, culture, values, policies, and procedures.
• Responsible for working closely with respective departments for analysis, design, and development of orientation material and implementing the training sessions with proper evaluation of training effectiveness at full scope of New Direct Labors/Operators/Staff and Expat.
• Responsible for collaborating with the Production Training Team of respective Business Unit to refine a comprehensive training program for New Direct Labors/Operators and ensuring the effectiveness and relevance of the training curriculum.
• Responsible for serving as the primary contact for functional development initiatives, coordinating between departments, and ensuring that training needs are effectively addressed.
• Responsible for managing the learning management system (LMS) to ensure employee completion of the required knowledge and/or continuously maintain the LMS, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with the LMS vendor to resolve technical problems.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct superior, aligned with the team&039;s common goals and focused on people development to enhance individual growth.
• Responsible for overseeing and managing the employee training bonds program, providing expertise to consult with respective departments and individuals on each training activity, and ensuring the effective use of company resources.
