Senior Lab Technician (Warehouse)

OBJECTIVE
The Senior Lab Technician is responsible for managing warehouse operations and materials for the lab. This includes handling deliveries and receiving, requesting and distributing materials, checking material quality, and managing part specifications and drawings. The role also supports other warehouse- related tasks to ensure smooth and accurate operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Material and supplier quality: Support quality checks for materials and coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
IQC Work Instructions (WI): Develop, update, and maintain IQC work instructions to ensure compliance.
IQC follow- up and implementation: Monitor incoming quality control processes, prepare reports, and manage related data.
Other warehouse- related tasks: Assist with general warehouse operations and material handling as needed.
Part Number (PN) specification and drawing management: Organize and maintain part specifications and technical drawings.

Education

Intermediate Vocational and above With major:- Warehouse Management, Logistics / Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Material Management...

Experience

Familiarity with IQC (Incoming Quality Control) procedures and reporting.
Experience in managing part specifications and technical documents is a plus.
Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and basic ERP or inventory management systems preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, material management, or logistics.
Hands- on experience with inventory control, receiving and delivery processes, and material quality checks.

Technical Skills

Documentation & Reporting Competence in preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing technical documents (PN specs, drawings). Basic data analysis for material quality and inventory trends.
Inventory Management Ability to track, record, and control stock levels accurately. Knowledge of FIFO/LIFO and material handling principles.
Communication Clear communication with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners.
Technical Reading Ability to read and interpret work instructions, specifications, and technical drawings.
