Job Summary:
The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with major petrochemical customers in Vietnam. The role focuses on driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating internal teams to deliver tailored commercial and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision- makers at key customer accounts
- Develop account strategies to maximize revenue and long- term partnerships
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account performance reviews
- Coordinate with technical, supply chain, and operations teams to meet customer requirements
- Manage and grow assigned key accounts within the petrochemical sector
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling commercial negotiations and contract management
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
