SENIOR PRODUCT GROWTH
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog. Prioritize features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and market demand to ensure Vtest remains the market leader in AI- driven education.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis of the global and local EdTech/AI sectors. Identify emerging trends and technologies to integrate into the Vtest ecosystem.
AI Integration & UX: Work closely with the engineering team to translate complex AI grading capabilities into intuitive and actionable user interfaces that deliver immediate value to students and parents.
Growth Optimization: Design, execute, and scale growth experiments across the entire user lifecycle (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, and Revenue).
Stakeholder Management: Align cross- functional teams (Engineering, Content, and Marketing) to ensure a cohesive product vision and seamless execution.
Data Analytics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and North Star metrics. Use data- driven insights to identify product bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
- REQUIREMENTS
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast- paced, high- stakes environment.
Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of AI/Machine Learning concepts and how they can be leveraged to solve educational challenges (technical coding skills are not required, but conceptual understanding is essential).
Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in Product Management with a proven track record of driving growth in EdTech, SaaS, or AI- centric products.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Analytical Prowess: Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or SQL). Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable product strategies.
Growth Mindset: Deep understanding of growth loops, viral mechanics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

PRODUCT GROWTH EXECUTIVE
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Backlog Management: Assist in documenting user stories, maintaining the product backlog, and ensuring the engineering team has clear requirements.
Execution of Growth Experiments: Support the implementation of A/B tests, landing page optimizations, and user onboarding flows.
Content & Product Coordination: Work with the content team to ensure educational materials are perfectly aligned with the AI platform’s logic.
Data Tracking: Collect and organize product metrics to report on weekly performance.
Market & User Research: Conduct daily monitoring of competitors and perform user interviews/surveys to gather feedback on our AI grading features.
- REQUIREMENTS
Attitude: A fast learner with a "can- do" attitude and a strong interest in AI technology.
Skills: Strong analytical thinking, detail- oriented, and proficient in using task management tools (Jira, Trello, or Notion).
Language: Good command of English and Vietnamese (both written and verbal).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Digital Growth. Fresh graduates with exceptional potential and a passion for AI are welcome to apply.
