About This Role

We&039;re seeking a talented Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team building high- performance financial systems. You&039;ll work with modern technologies and frameworks while contributing to large- scale products that serve major financial institutions across Asia.

Architect and optimize database solutions across multiple DBMS platforms to process high- volume financial data efficiently
Develop robust applications using Java technologies with our proprietary in- house framework
Job details will be discussed further in the interview
Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies to enhance system performance and scalability
Collaborate on complex projects with detailed requirements and technical challenges discussed during the interview process

What We&039;re Looking For

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
+5years of backend development experience with strong Java fundamentals
Solid understanding of Object- Oriented Programming principles
Linux scripting and command- line proficiency
Strong English communication skills for our international environment
Experience with development tools including Jira, Jenkins, Ant, or Maven
Proficiency with version control systems (Git, SVN)
Hands- on experience with enterprise databases (DB2, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

Native SQL and stored procedure expertise
Desktop application development with Java Swing
Background in financial services or securities trading systems
API development experience (RESTful services, SOAP/XML)
Experience working in fast- paced, multicultural teams
