Senior IT Procurement Specialist

Planning/ Budgeting
- Cooperate with business stakeholders to understand the scope of project.
- Building, and implement purchasing Project Purchasing Plan.
- Market survey to archive the best efficient purchases and minimize the risks for company.
Policy/ Procedure
- Ensure all the works are complied with Company’s procedures & regulation
System/ Processes
- Process Purchase Requisition, Contract on IBM system.
- Conduct digital signature for Agreements via e- Sign system.
Operations
- Participate in projects, processes creation and other change initiatives.
- Vendor evaluation and market survey to archive the best efficient purchases and minimize the risks for company.
- Performance daily purchasing activity: sourcing, vendor evaluation, vendor selection, negotiation, contracting.
- Vendor management.
- Taking initiative on tender organization and negotiation process with vendor.
- Identification internal demand for goods and service.
- Cost management.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Unit Head of Procurement Management Unit.
- Report to Procurement Unit Head.
Reporting
- Weekly and Monthly report to Unit Head of Procurement Management Unit.

• Detail- Oriented Skills.
• At least 02- 03 years’ experience working at procurement for IT category including software development, software license, hardware, hosting, etc.
• University Graduate. Advantage: understanding IT knowledge; IT Solution, Technology, Fintech, Project Management
• At least 03- 05 years’ experience working at the procurement team, preferably in banking or financial institution.
• Ethics Policies Knowledge & Risk Control in Procurement
• Ability To Work Under High Pressure
• Financial & Legal Aspects Knowledge
• Proficiency In Microsoft Office.
• Bidding/Project experienced.
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills.
• Business Requirement Analysis Skills.
• Supportive, Team Working, Be Volunteer
• Fluent In Both English and Vietnamese.
• Time Management Skills.
• Take Responsibility and Accountability
• ERP/SAP or P2P process knowledge is plus.
• Purchased Projects.
• Strong Analytical Thinking and Problem- Solving Skills
