Senior Inventory Control (Working in Hai Phong)

• Appraisal the explanation and cause of the departments, based on the root cause and work with the relevant parties ( BOM, IT, Pur, Planning…) to determine a solution.
• Action plan for the inventory problems and monitor
• Centrally optimize plant inventory levels through close coordination with Planning and Purchasing teams.
• Act as the central Logistics focal point for all plants – supporting Finance, Accounting, and external auditors
• Inventory Management: Develop and establish RM (Raw Material) and FG (Finished Goods) inventory standards for all plants, including satellite plants (enterprise- wide data governance).
• Supervise, manage and assign to the employees.
• Develop inventory forecasting and budgeting for all plants.
• Drive higher inventory turnover across all plants.
• Responsible for the inventory accuracy of the Warehouse, Shop and supplier
• Consolidate and report the result of the periodic inventory.
• Central inventory control: Conduct weekly/monthly inventory reviews, monitor non- moving/slow- moving items, drive disposal actions with the DM Obsolescence team and liquidation processes; analyze and reduce high inventory parts.
• Process change and innovation
• Work with shops to issue the plan of daily/Mid year/Year End cycle count. Follow and control the progress and result
• Develop and consolidate central inventory reporting and SAP status reports across all plants and regions.
• Review reconcile bailment reports to minimize system consumption shortage compared to actually and handle related to issue.
• Evaluate the performance, approve the requests from team members.
• Develop digitalization initiatives through RPA/DPA/GDIA/AI tools.
